ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Gusty winds have caused scattered power outages through the region, prompting some school districts to cancel Thursday morning.

High wind warnings are in effect through Thursday for most counties. Wayne County is also under a lake effect snow warning through Thursday night.
